BUCK INN ‘CULINARY’ DELIGHTS

we work on a Blackboard Menu system (backed up with individual menu cards)

this enables us to make regular amendments,

and keep our customers abreast of changes, at all times.

 

Our Chef, Joey, working in conjunction with Phil and Margaret,

offer the following examples  but menu changes are always afoot!

Produce obtained from local butchers, fishmongers etc.

Booking is always advisable.

Banoffee Pie - digestive base smothered in toffee sauce and sliced bananas topped with Chantilly cream
Lemon and Ginger Icecream Cake - lemon dairy icecream sitting on a ginger biscuit base decorated with stem ginger
Brandy Snap Basket-filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with fruits of the forest
Icecream Sundae - a trio of Italian icecream, served with fruit, wafer and a drizzle of sauce
Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake - large wedge of fluffy chocolate cake with a thick layer of chocolate fudge, served hot with oozing chocolate sauce.
Rice Pudding with Greek Raisins – absolutely delicious
Apple and Summer Fruits Crumble – apples and summer fruits topped with a delicious crumble
‘Buck Inn’ Cheeseboard – a selection of cheeses with Jacobs biscuits

All our food is freshly cooked to order - at busy times it may take our Chef a little longer to prepare.
